Progress Report ETA: Phase One = August 2024 / Phase Two = October 2024

A delay in painted miniatures results in two phase shipping plan.

Greetings,

I trust everyone is doing well. In today's update, I will provide a progress report on the project, as well as outline details for a two-phase shipping plan.

This morning, we received both positive and challenging news from the factory. While the production is complete, the pre-painted miniatures are taking longer than anticipated. In light of this, we have made the decision to move forward with fulfilling orders that do not include pre-painted miniatures as planned. This will be phase one of our shipping plan, rather than delaying the entire project. Once the painting process is finished, we will then proceed with fulfilling orders that include pre-painted miniatures in phase two.

To simplify:

- PHASE ONE will include backers who ordered unpainted miniatures.

- PHASE TWO will include backers who ordered pre-painted miniatures.

Here is the estimated timeline for the two phases of our project:

PHASE ONE -

June 2024: Completion of product assembly and finalization of all freight arrangements.
July 2024: Products are received at the warehouse and shipping of backer rewards begins.
August 2024: Backers receive their rewards.

PHASE TWO -

June - July 2024: Miniatures are painted.
August 2024: Completion of product assembly and finalization of all freight arrangements.
September 2024: Products are received at the warehouse and shipping of backer rewards begins.
October 2024: Backers receive their rewards.

Pledge Manager

Currently, we have reached a confirmation rate of 90%. The deadline for exporting our backer lists for phase one shipping is June 28th. If you have not yet completed your pledge manager, we kindly ask that you log in and confirm your pledge as soon as possible. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please note that if you ordered un-painted miniatures and complete your pledge manager after June 28th, we cannot guarantee that you will be included in the phase one shipments.
